We're looking for a skilled and motivated Access Engineer to join a fast-growing business delivering high-quality access control and automated gate solutions across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

🔧 Installing, servicing, and commissioning:

• Automated gates
• Intercom systems
• Barriers & access control systems

🔧 Diagnosing and repairing faults on:

• Gate automation systems
• Control panels
• Audio/video intercoms
• IP-based entry systems

🔧 Carrying out:

• Planned maintenance
• Emergency breakdown call-outs
• System upgrades and equipment replacements

🔧 Reading wiring diagrams and technical drawings to deliver high-quality installations safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within access control, gate automation, or security systems
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Professional attitude with excellent customer-facing skills
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence
