Craig Lancum

Craig’s career journey began in Payroll, before he advanced his expertise by training as a Chartered Management Accountant with iCount Training in Manchester. Over the years, he gained valuable experience across multiple sectors, including Veterinary Healthcare, Travel & Leisure, Manufacturing, and Energy & Utilities.

In 2017, Craig joined ES Recruit as Financial Controller, where he played a key role in driving financial operations. His expertise was instrumental in the successful acquisition of Berrington Ltd. in 2019, after which Craig was promoted to Finance Director. In this role, he led several system implementation and development projects, aiming to streamline processes, enhance group capabilities, and improve management information across the organisation.

In 2023, Craig transitioned to a part-time position with the ES Group to pursue a new opportunity with the CFO Centre UK. This shift enabled him to work with other businesses in the Construction and Professional Services sectors, expanding his professional network and gaining broader industry experience.

Outside of work, Craig is passionate about motorsports and racquet sports, and he’s also a keen homebrewer.
